Balaybay Elementary School celebrated a meaningful milestone with the official turnover of a two-storey school building, made possible through the strong support of Mayor Jeffrey D. Khonghun, Congressman Jay Khonghun, and Vice Governor Jaq Khonghun.
During the ceremony, local leaders, teachers, and students gathered to celebrate the milestone. The new building will help ease classroom congestion and provide a better space for learning.
